三、科研工作情况
(一)学术成就概述
主要利用仪器分析和分子生物学(如DGGE、16S RNA sequence 等)手段研究环境中农药残留的消解行为和农药等污染物对环境的影响。建立了利用固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水、土壤和苹果中的残留测定方法以及建立了苹果和梨中氟虫脲的残留测定方法。较为系统的评价了长效除草剂氟磺胺草醚对土壤微生物和蚯蚓的生态毒性影响。目前主要从事农药等污染物对土壤微生物和一些指示生物如蚯蚓、鱼和敏感植物的生态毒性研究,同时也致力于农药降解菌的筛选和污染土壤的生物修复等工作。主持与参与国家自然科学基金等项目9项,授权专利4项,已发表科研论文40余篇,其中SCI收录20余篇,累计影响因子60。

Research Interest
My research focuses broadly on the effects of pesticides on natural environment. The main work of my lab is to investigates the environmental fate, transport and ecotoxicology of pesticides. Much of our research focuses on the transformations and impacts of pesticides in terrestrial environment. We are using many methods such as 16S rDNA Seq, DGGE, and spectroscopic techniques to investigate the adverse effects of pesticides on different target organism. We also interested in the bioremediation of soil contaminated with pesticides.
