四、 研究方向及简介

主要从事植物与病毒的互作研究,以烟草、拟南芥和番茄为植物实验材料,以世界上危害最为严重、种类最多的两类植物病毒:双生病毒科病毒和马铃薯Y科病毒为研究对象,开展寄主植物与病毒的互作(双生病毒科病毒与寄主烟草和番茄的互作研究;芜菁花叶病毒与寄主拟南芥和烟草的互作研究)方面的研究工作。涉及的寄主途径包含DNA甲基化,RNA沉默,RNA降解,细胞自噬,泛素-26S蛋白酶体降解系统等。围绕着植物与病毒互作的机制,解析植物病毒致病的机制,进一步挖掘出新型有效的抗病基因。近几年部分研究结果以第一作者/共同第一作者或通讯作者身份在Nature Communications (1篇)、Trends in Microbiology(1篇)、Molecular Plant(1篇)、PLoS Pathogens(3篇)、New Phytologist(2篇)、Plant Physiology(1篇)、The Plant Journal(1篇)等专业杂志发表SCI收录论文16篇,累计影响因子106.4,引用次数超过300次;以参与作者身份在Trends in Plant Science、The Plant Cell、Frontiers in Plant Science等专业杂志上发表SCI收录论文8篇。
